Role:
To ensure continued supplies of utilities, services and facilities to meet the demands of the production and head office site. Management of the maintenance of all production, process and services plant. Management of capital development projects and budgets. To represent the Company on all technical engineering, energy and environmental matters.
Qualifications:
Completed a four year Technical Apprenticeship and HNC in 1987 with Antiference Ltd, Aylesbury. During this period was technical apprentice of the year and won the Wolsey National Training and Development Award.
Joined CompAir BroomWade, High Wycombe in 1988 and undertook several Production and Project Engineering roles. Implemented computer aided engineering systems and was a leading project engineer changing the site into "Cellular Manufacturing", responsible for the spend of £1.74m re-engineering the production facility.
Since 1996 has worked in the food and beverage industries in manufacturing and operational roles at a senior level undertaking world class manufacturing techniques driving process and business improvement.
Completed an MBA in 2003 and begun career with Charles Wells in March 2004 as Head of Engineering and Quality Services.
