Role:
Responsible for the production of bright beer, on time and right first time from conditioning tank or road tanker.
Maintaining a high level of hygiene and product safety within the filtration area of Production.
Responsible for bulk beer forecasting and liaising with contract brewing customers to ensure that their volume requirements are met.
Qualifications:
BSc Hons in Microbiology from Heriot-Watt University. AME from Institute of Guild of Brewers. Will commence the Diploma of Master Brewer in 2005. Auditor and member of Charles Wells HACCP team.
Since joining Charles Wells in 1999, I have worked as a Project Brewer, Technical brewer and am now Brewing Process Manager.
