Role:
Head of Department responsible for Production from Raw Materials to Beer ready to package. It is my role to ensure that the technical and commercial needs of our contract brewing and licensed brand owners are met. I work closely with customers and suppliers to introduce, develop and maintain products to meet their aspirations.
Qualifications:
Diploma Master Brewer with a wide range of experience in different breweries and in different functions. Having left school I gained a BSc. (Hons.) from Durham University. Joined the industry and worked for a number of years in quality control and microbiology. Joined Charles Wells as company microbiologist before moving over to Production Management.
I enjoy the challenge of new products and processes, whilst maintaining the routine of supply chain management and product integrity. It is my particular interest to ensure the smooth introduction of new products into our brewery; flavour and quality matching between different breweries with different operating conditions is essential to my role.
