Role:
Departmental manager with responsibility for total packaging operation, small pack and container, plus associated functions of logistics and warehousing. Technical and commercial responsibilities for Jarvis operations including new pack/product development projects in conjunction with both customers and suppliers.
Qualifications:
Joined Charles Wells Ltd in 1984 from a background in aseptic processing and packaging in the dairy industry. Bsc (Hons) degree and subsequent postgraduate studies including Diploma Master Brewer plus a Masters degree in business administration (MBA).
Stimulated by the challenge and variety encountered in the packaging environment particularly where new technologies are being explored. Similarly enjoys the commercial aspects of the Jarvis operation and recognises the importance of relationships at both business and personal levels in this context.
